CERTO L600F is a single loop recirculating liquid to liquid heat exchanger with full Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) temperature control of coolant, that are typical liquid vectors in Semiconductor Fab’sTools.
It has been optimized to have standard space footprint such that to minimize sub FAB occupancy and to realize modular and scalable temperature controller equipment.
It is highly configurable in phase of order and can have a 3-phase, 208/240, or 380/415 AC power supply, at a frequency of 50/60Hz ±10%.
It is intrinsically reliable and silent. The only components that require power are pumps, motors, and controllers, so it is also extremely high energy efficient and environmentally friendly eliminating expansion gases of typical chillers.
